Shipping Policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed.  

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS
Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced
in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by
carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact USPS to initiate a missing mail search request. 

Dream In Designs operates during regular business hours (Mon-Fri) in Eastern Standard Time. If you have inquired about an order via email, you will receive a response between 24-48 business hours.
